Nepal Dream Path Treks and Expedition [p] ltd is government registered authorized travel and trekking planner in Nepal. We have certain rules regulations and terms conditions regarding organize trekking, tour, peak climbing and other adventure activities. We encourage you to read it very carefully. 

The trip price is quoted in US$. The payment can be made in the current published rate against the US$. The payment can also be made in US$ cash or Travelers Cheque. Payment can also be made on Visa Card, Master Cards, PayPal, and in which cash payment will be calculated and shown in Nepali rupees at the current rate against the US$. There is a surcharge of 3.5% when payment is paid with a credit card. 


Cancellation by Client: 
In case of canceled by clients, 50% of the payment only would be refund if the client want to cancel before 15 days of trip date and after 15 days, the full amount would be include as a cancelation charge. Transfer to an alternative departure date will be charged US$ 50 per person. Last minute cancellation and absence at departure will not be refunded.

While calcel is made by clients during the trip is operating, we don't refund any amount and if you found any defect from our side as per "agreement & agreed price" during on the way of trip, we will refund your money. 

Cancellation by Agent: 
We accept that Nepal Dream Path Treks reserves the right to cancel any trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case you will receive full refund in local currency at the current rate against the currency you paid.

We have rights to cancel the clients who have unusual behavior like: involved in criminal activities, black listed by Police........ 

Personal travel insurance is not included in the holiday prices quoted. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take a "Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy" before your arrival into Kathmandu. Such medical policies should cover transportation costs in the event of helicopter or surface evacuation. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking in high altitudes.
