FAQ 1:   Who is our Tour/Trekking Guide? Is he/she trained?
Nepal Dream Path Treks and Expedition is a leading travel and trekking operator since many years ago so our team provides well experienced and government registered Tour/Trekking guides. Our professional team never compromise on quality service.  

FAQ 2:  When is the best season for trekking in Nepal?
The most popular seasons for trekking in Nepal are autumn (September, October, November & December) and spring (February, March, April & May). Winter season is very cold in high mountains and mountain passes are totally covered with snow. But one can trek low altitudes. Many trekkers assume that, rainy season (June-August) is not proper time for trekking activities due to the heavy rain but, there are still plenty of activities and opportunity for adventure lovers. Even many first time trekkers are also satisfied from their monsoon trekking experience. The rain shadow areas like Upper and lower mustang, Dolpo are the best place for monsoon trek

FAQ 3: How many types of trek can do in Nepal?

Tea house trek is most popular trekking in Nepal. These types of trek offers tea house lodges for accommodations and foods with varieties of menus such as Nepali Rice, Curry Dal, pickle etc. The trekking region is quite developed zone with comparison of Camping Trek. 

Camping trek offers trekkers to stay in Camping Tent. This trek needs more staffs such as Guide, porters, Sherpa, cook and some additional porters to carry all foods and required equipments. In these types of Trekking, our staff makes all foods and drinks required for trekking which is always hygienic and delicious. 

Similarly Home stay Trek means to stay together with local community from different ethnic groups. Nepal is rich country in cultural diversity as well as many local hospitable peoples. Home stay trek offers to observe etymology, culture, life style, cuisines by staying to their own home.

FAQ 5:  Can I hire and buy equipment in Nepal?
Yes, there are many trekking shops in Kathmandu to buy and rent equipment. If you are going to trek via Pokhara, there also you can buy and hire. All necessary equipments are available here

FAQ 6: How much for trip cost?  
The cost for trekking and travel is depends upon requirement of traveler/trekkers because we provide generally Budget package trip, economic package trip, standard package trip and deluxe package trip. So we provide you as per your requirements. 

FAQ 7: What is system of payment?  
We take generally 10% advance money for confirmation of your booking and rest of the money can pay when you arrive in Kathmandu. 

FAQ 8: What we do altitude sickness and emergency case during trek?   
We have trained guide who has knowledge about the altitude sickness and emergency, in case it happened. We do not be panic if you get any altitude symptoms and all the time we carry first aid kids for normal problems with different types of medicine but if it is not recover we should go few hundred meters down from where you are but worse and worse case we have to fly out from that place all organized by your guide. So, that is important if we have travel insurance or police number it helps to cover fly cost.   

FAQ 9: Is there Telephone and Internet access along the trekking?
Most of the trekking trail you can take telephone and internet services to communicate. 

FAQ 10: Can we ask question on the trek? 
Definitely, feel free to raise questions along the trekking in different topics. Our professional and well trained guide will gives you proper information. 

FAQ 11: Can we extend trek if we want? 
Yes of course. You can minimize the duration as well maximize. The outline itinerary we provide in our website is perfect format but if you need we can customize as per your desire (Either long or short). Also you can do adventure day trips for additional 1-2 days such as hiking, rafting, jungle safari, mountain flight, paragliding, bungee jump, rock climbing, cannoning  and many more 

FAQ 12: Can I leave feedback end of treks/Tours?    
After your entire trips Nepal dream path treks and expeditions team organize a farewell dinner program to share trip experience and to take feedback. We hope your feedback would help to correct our unknown mistakes while operating the travel and trekking trips so we made clients reviews option in our website where you can direct write the comments. We also have feedback form; we will request you to fill up the form.                

FAQ 13: Will there be somebody to meet us at the airport?
Yes, our responsible staff will be there to welcome you. She/he will hold a board with your name. Our staff will take you to Hotel and help for check in procedure. Nepal Dream Path Treks and Expedition team organize a formal discussion program where you can got brief information about your package trip.   

FAQ 14: Are you a Government registered trekking agency?
Yes our company is registered with Nepal government and we are members of Trekking Agency Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA)

FAQ 15: Can your guides speak English?
Our tour guides are very proficient and our trekking guides & assistant guides speak good English. They are able to explain you and give satisfaction of your every question.
