This adventurous trip starts with a scenic flight to Lukla at 2,830m the gate way to Everest from here the trek follows farms and traditional Buddhist villages such like Namche, Khumjung, Phakdin, Kunde and many more on route with overwhelming views of the high snow capped peaks of the world. This scenic adventure leads with time to acclimatize, before following the quite trail to Gokyo and Khumjung village in the high valley and visiting the ancient Buddhist monastery. At Gokyo, morning hike to Gokyo Ri top for the world's most fabulous views of the surrounding peaks and landscape including the Mt.Everest, Mt. Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu 1,300m and transfer to Hotel.
On reaching at Kathmandu international airport received by Nepal Dream Path Treks staff with transfer to your Hotel, Nepal Dream Path Treks staff or guide will brief of the Hotel, Kathmandu, Trekking, do's and don’ts with related information that might require while in Nepal with us.

Day 02: A day in Kathmandu with half day tour.
After first night in Kathmandu, well informed regarding the time for half day for sightseeing tour in Kathmandu at places of interest. Depart hotel for guided sightseeing at places of interest.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla 2,830m and 3 hrs treks to Phakding 2,650m.
Morning transfer to domestic airport board in the small twin otter or similar plane for scenic flight to Lukla, on arrival meet our guides. At Lukla you will have time to visit around, while the Sherpa crew sort and divide the load, lunch depending upon the time of arrival either in Lukla or few hours treks further on route to Phakding. First day trek on the gradual path all the way, with few ups offering views of Mt. Kusum-Kangru 6,369 m 2-3 hrs of gradual walk brings you at Phakding village for the overnight stop.

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440m approx. 5-6 hrs.
From Phakding on crossing bridge over the River Dudh-Kosi the walk is pleasant with few short uphill and downhill and re-crossing the same river again, with magnificent view of Thermasarkhu 6,608m, reaching at Monjo village, after Monjo, walk to the entrance gate of Sagarmatha National Park, from here a short descend with a gradual walk to Jorsalle village is reached, the last village till Namche Bazaar, with pleasant walk on the river bed till to the last bridge over the Imjatse river, from here trek along the winding uphill path all the way to Namche Bazaar, with grand views of Kwande peak, Kusum Kanguru  & Mt. Everest with Nuptse wall, Lhotse and the closer view of Taweche peak can be seen all the way up, another hour walk up reaches to Namche Bazaar, the colourful houses are situated in an amphitheatre landscapes.

Day 05: Rest day at Namche Bazaar.
A rest day with short walk for acclimatisation to Sagarmatha National Park Headquarter, a panoramic view spot on top of Namche Bazaar with surrounding snow capped mountains, valleys scenery visit the museum with all kinds of information history of  Himalaya, Geography, Culture, Mountaineering and on flora and fauna of this region, afternoon free at leisure.

Day 06: Trek to Khunde / Khumjung village 3, 730m.  03 hrs.
After a rest at Namche, walk climbs above Namche towards Syangboche following the quiet trail to Khunde and Khumjung the largest Sherpa villages in the Khumbu region, trek leads towards Syangboche a small airstrip, an hour walk is strenuous climb overlooking striking views of Mt.Kwangde, Thermasherkhu and other close peaks and an aerial view of Namche Bazaar on reaching Khunde village situated in the glacial valley as Khumjung village beneath the sacred Mt.Khumbila 5,761m.

A peaceful and gentle walk path leads to Khumjung via Khunde for the overnight halt. Khunde has hospital built and supported by Sir Edmund Hillary's Foundation. Afternoon visit the old Khumjung Monastery, the only place believed to have Yeti scalp. Khumjung also has High School built with the help of Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation.

Day 07: Trek to Dole 4,200m via Phortse Tenga 3,900m.  5-6  hrs.
After a peaceful time at Khumjung trail leads to an hour downhill joining the main trail at Shanasa, on this area chances of seeing beautiful colourful Danphe pheasant (Impeyan Pheasant) national bird of Nepal and elusive musk deer, sometime a herd of Himalayan Thar (mountain goat). From here Gokyo route diverts from the main trail towards north, walk climbs on the steep rock steps embedded in a narrow cleft in a large boulder; the two trails soon joins towards a large Chorten on ridge top at Mong 3,973 meters.  From the Mong path meanders in a series of switchbacks down to a sandy slope to Dudh Kosi at Phortse Thanghka from here continue trek to Dole with a steep climbs through patch of rhododendron forest which gives way to juniper and conifers trees. The trek winds through the Tongba village at 3,950m and Gyele 3,960m and finally arriving at Dole. A superb view of Khumbila and Tawache 6,542m can be seen throughout the walk.

Day 08: Trek to Machermo 4,410m. 3-4 hrs.
From Dole, route climbs steadily along the side of the valley, rhododendron forest giving way to scrub juniper as altitude gains gradually. The trail climbs on a level path for an hour to Lhabarma Kharka at 4,325 m and furthers an hour to Luza at 4,390m; then skirting around a ridge for the views of Machermo village, spread out in the valley below. There is an excellent Swiss chalet style lodge at Machermo, arriving at Machermo on good time for the overnight halt, with time to hike above the village. Just above the village there is a grand view of world 6th highest Mt. Cho Oyo 8,210m and all the mountains that flanks the Ngozumba Khumbus longest Glacier.

Day 09: Trek to Gokyo 4,760m. Approx: 4-5hrs.
Today’s trek leads to the pristine lake at Gokyo, following a scenic trail to Pangka 4,545m and then descend slightly on the glacial fed rivers which flow down the west of Ngozumba Glacier. Then climb a steep rocky path to the valley by the side of the glacier, passing the first lake. Soon arriving at the second lake, crossing the path which heads across the glacier to the Cho –La, then reaching the third lake known as Dudh Pokhari and on the east shore the summer settlement of Gokyo at 4,790 meters.

Walking by the side of turquoise glacial fed lake, offering views of Mt. Cho Oyo and Gyachung Kang reflecting in the lake overnight stop just by shore of the lake with good views.

Day 10: At Gokyo for local hike and trek to Dragnak.
Early morning hike to Gokyo Ri one of the highlight of this trekking, the view around  is fabulous,  Gokyo Ri, a small ridge top above the lake at 5,357m with panorama views of Cho Oyo, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Cholatse, Taweche and far as to Mt. Makalu towards east, taking about 2 hrs reach this wonderful top. After a marvelous time return back to the lodge at Gokyo for a short walk of few hours to Dragnak the base of Chugyuma or Cho-la pass, just above the village of Na situated at the foot of the Ngozumba glacier.

Day 11: Cross Tsho-la 5,430m and then to Dzong-la 4,830m. 6-7 hrs.
Walk climbs steadily towards Cho-la pass for few hours, then descending towards the small hidden valley at Dzong-la for the overnight stop. In snow condition this route can be quite difficult and the guide will decide whether it’s possible to proceed or retrace by another safe way.

Day 12: Trek to Loboche 4,928m Approx:  5 hours.
After Dzongla path diverts towards north east, the trek is gradual on the hard ground looking down at Pheriche village, walk offers beautiful view of the Mt.Tawache,
Ama Dablam and to the north Pokalde 5,741m, Kongma-tse 5,820m and the great wall of Nuptse. Then reaching at the junction where the path from Pheriche joins above Thugla ridge with great views of Mt.Pumori and other peaks west of Everest, after the great scenic walk, close on this place you can see a number of memorial of the unfortunate climbers, who died in expeditions around the mountain of high Khumbu region, An hour with gradual walk raches to Loboche, situated in the corner well hidden and sheltered from the wind. Loboche has about 6-8 Lodges.

Day 13: Trek to Gorakshep 5,160m & continue to Everest base Camp 5,357m.
Today to the final destination at the foot of Mt. Everest, the first hour walk is gradual up the valley at the end of the grassy field, from here trek follows the rocky moraine path, with views of glacial pond and icebergs of Khumbu glacier. From the last moraine a short downhill reaches to Gorakshep located on the flat field below Kalapatthar 5,545m and Mt.Pumori 7,145m. Gorakshep has three teahouses. After a break here at Gorakshep continue towards Everest Base Camp and to the Khumbu Ice-fall, walk is quite strenuous due to high altitude and thin air, the path passes through rocky dunes and moraine till base camp is reached. Everest Base Camp is lively during the high expedition season. On reaching at the foot of world’s highest mountain, a great view of the Khumbu icefall awaits you, after an enjoyable time walk back to Gorakshep for the overnight stop.

Day 14: Morning hike to Kalapathar 5,545m trek to Pheriche 4,243m 5-6 hrs.
Early morning a steep climb to Kalapatthar, on reaching the top ridge of Kalapatthar a small rocky peak from the southwest ridge of Mt.Pumori, with incredible views Mt. Everest looks close between the peak of Nuptse and Lho-la and Lhotse with surrounding high snow capped giants that dominates around, after a fabulous time here descend to Gorakshep continue walk to Pheriche, the walk is downhill most of the way, after Thugla the Dingboche trails branches off, from here  route descends further to the flat Pheriche Valley, afternoon can be very windy here, after an hour of good walk reaches you at Pheriche for the overnight stop.

Day 15: Trek to Thyangboche approx. 5 hrs.
From Pheriche a short walk brings you to the bridge, after the bridge it is nearly downhill all the way with few ups in between to Pangboche and Thyangboche, on reaching the bridge back to the woodlands and vegetation with an hour up hill to Thyangboche for the overnight stop.

Day 16: Trek to Monjo. 2,835m. Approx: 5-6 hrs.
Retrace the journey back to Shanasha, where the trail from Khumjung, Gokyo and to Namche joins. From here route follows on the main busy path, as the walk winds all the way to Namche Bazaar on reaching Namche Bazaar retrace the journey back Monjo for the overnight camp at Monjo, located just near the Sagarmatha National Park entrance and exit gate.

Day 17: Trek to Lukla 5 hrs walk.
Last day of this great adventure a nice walk to Lukla, enjoying the lush green scenery around, apart from few short uphill the only long climb will be just before Lukla takes about an hour from the old big oak tree. On reaching Lukla, prepare for the last day dinner and party with Sherpa staff, porters and trekking members.

Day 18: Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
The flight time to Kathmandu at morning sometime the flight time can be delayed due to bad weather and other reason, as per the flight time takes about 30 minutes to reach Kathmandu, a panoramic view of the snow capped peaks can be seen during the flight. At Kathmandu air terminal, Nepal Dream Path Treks staff receives and transfer you back to respective hotels.

Day 19: Free day at leisure.
A free day in Kathmandu, inform Nepal Dream Path Treks staff for short tour in and around Kathmandu Valley.

Day 20: Transfer to Airport for the International departure.
Today as per your international flight time, Nepal Dream Path Treks staff transfer you to airport for your final departure from this high magic Himalayan country, Nepal.
