From today, our trekking starts on foot. After having morning breakfast the trail passes the beautiful fields on a stone rough path. Most of the trails pass through stone houses, green vegetation, and pine forest till Masigaon, where we take lunch there. After lunch, the trail follows along Humla Karnali River, crossing the bridge and a few times walk, we reach Dharapuri. Overnight stay at tented camp.

After having morning breakfast, the trail goes alongside the Humla Karnali River passing over high rocky slopes. The trail is the same as the snake moves and goes up and down to Chachera. With the views of charming Nepali houses and greenery fields, and waterfalls, the trail hits Kermi, the village full of Buddhist culture. We can visit the famous two monasteries Lakiyo Gompa and Lhundrup Choeling Gompa and a hot spring also where we take bath. Stay overnight at camp.

The trail passes through the barley and buckwheat fields and pine forest and crosses a bridge over the Sali River. With the amazing view of the greenery scene and terrace lands, the trail hits Yalbang where we can visit Namkh Kyung Dzong monastery. This monastery has big statues of Sakyamuni Buddha and Guru Rinpoche. Stay overnight at the tented camp.

After having morning breakfast, the trail passes several charming villages and the forest. Continued treks lead into barren open meadows with low bushes. The trail is an ancient salt trade route to Tibet and reaches Muchu village. After sometimes walking hit our today’s destination, Tumkot.  You can visit Dhungkar Chozen Monastery, a symbol of Tibetan architecture with statues and rare designs. Overnight stay at tented camp.

After having morning breakfast, the trail ascends up to a hill through a steep trail. Here you will get the feeling of climate change with the change of vegetation and landscape with low bushes. You will reach Pani Palawang village where we take rest for some time. After there, the trail hits Yari Village after some hours of walking. Here, you can see a checkpoint between borders and enjoy the stunning views of Erega Mountain and the area of Thulo Dhunga.

Today the trail is rough and tough and challenging too. The trail passes along yak and mule tracks and the landscape is similar to Tibet. Passing through Thado Dhunga, you can see the Tibetan plateau. The trail gradually ascends to the top of Nara La, the highest pass in the Himalayas. Piles of stones; hundreds of prayer flags and prayer chants make the environment more affectionate. From the top, you can see the breathtaking view of Tibet and the Yari Village down below. Now, the trail descends with fantastic views of the Barren Mountains in brown, coppers, ash, and dark yellow so far. Blue Sheep may be encountered during your trial. Finally, the trail contours Hilsa, the border town of Nepal. Stay overnight at the tented camp.

The trail starts with the crossing of a bridge at Hilsa. The trail follows a narrow windy path and climbs bit by bit. The trail passes several streams up and down along the Humla  KarnaliRriver all the way to Manepeme. The views of different landscapes, barren mountains, and irregular winds make your journey more meaningful. During the trail, you can see Humla Karnali very deep down. Finally, we reach Manepeme where we settle down at a tented camp.

After having breakfast the trail ascends with the rocky and barren narrow trail. Along the way, we can stop the observation of an ancient cave, used by Lotsawa Rinchen Sangpo, a famous translator of Buddhist scriptures, who meditated in this cave. The trail gradually ascends until Lamka La through the passes of green vegetation along with several juniper trees with shorter bushes. From here, the trail mostly descends till Til, a beautiful Tibetan village where we can explore many monasteries, whitewashed buildings, well-paved courtyards, and the beautiful greenery fields of barley. We overnight stay at the tented camp.

After having an early morning breakfast, the trail is rocky following the upstream Limi River. Rare animals such as mountain goats, Himalayan sheep, and snow leopards can be seen during this trail. Continues walking leads to Halji, a small village of Bhotia that truly followed Tibetan rituals and practices. Halji is the center point of religious activities in the whole Limi Valley where the famous monastery, Rinchening Gompa is located, built in the 14th century. You can buy and explore handmade products like a wooden teapot, soup bowl, and many other things there. Stay overnight at a tented camp.

Today, the trail is short and comparatively easy rather than on other days. The trail follows along the riverbank of Limi River till Jang, the third and last village of Limi Valley. You can visit a beautiful Gompa here also. Overnight stay at camp.

The trail passes through a beautiful path with panoramic views of Api-Saipal Himal and Mt. Kailash. There are not any human settlements on the trail until Kermi. With the passes of several streams and rivers, the trail is slow and steady and climbs up until Talung. Talung is a place of grassy meadows and landscapes full of adventures. Overnight stay at tented camp.

Today is the highest point trek of the whole trek. The trail ascends to the top of the Nyalu La Pass from where we can see the panoramic views of Humla and Tibet, and the fabulous views of Saipal Himal & Mt. Kailash. We can stop for taking pictures there. After the pass, the trail descends towards Shinjungma passing through the beautiful high-altitude lake of Semla Tso. We stay overnight at a tented camp.
